Анотация: In this research article conducted a study to identify the most effective interactive teaching methods on a theoretical lesson on the subject of "Theory and methodology of triathlon" with students at the Uzbek state University of physical culture and sports. Discusses guidelines for the use of active and interactive forms of classes, for the formation and development of professional and pedagogical skills of students.
