Анотация: This article offers a perspective on the future of the Electricity System Reform policy currently under way. The article analyzes the use of competitive mechanisms in the electricity markets. The justification of the possibility of competition in the electric power industry and the further development of this concept in practice can be considered particularly significant results of these studies.
